How do I register if I’m interested to attend your event?
You may email the registration form to binjue.chua@toplink-asia.com (Admin Manager) or fax it to +607-2267351. Our sales representative will get back to you within 24-hours.
What is included in the registration fee?
Fee includes luncheons, refreshments and a complete set of conference material in CD. It does NOT include the cost of accommodation and travel.
What is your substitution policy?
You may send a replacement if you are unable to attend the event personally due to last minute commitment at no extra charge. Please inform our operations executive at least 2 working days before the event, new registration docket will be prepared and distributed to the replacement.
What is your cancellation policy?
If TOP LINK cancels the EVENT due to circumstances beyond our control such as acts of God, acts of war, speaker’s ill faith, governmental emergencies, labor strikes or terrorism, TOP LINK shall reschedule the event within the next three months from the canceled date.

If TOP LINK decides to cancel the EVENT other than reasons described above, TOP LINK shall refund exhibitors’ & delegates’ fee in full. However, expenses such as airfare, accommodation and visa fee will NOT be refunded.

TOP LINK reserves the right to alter or modify speakers’ line up and/ or topics if necessary. Any substitution or alterations will be updated on our web page.
What is the dress code for the conference?
The dress code for conferences is business attire.
I would like to speak in your conference. How do I submit a proposal?
Please submit your complete biography to yinglin.chua@toplink-asia.com and our producer will contact you if there is a need to use your services based on your expertise as well as conference topics relevance.
How secured is my credit card information and transaction with Top Link?
All credit card information is treated with the highest level of security and in order to do this, we require an authorization letter from you, authorizing Top Link to charge the conference fee from your credit card. A photocopy of your credit card is also required (front & back) to process the payment. A detailed invoice will be sent attached with the credit card slip for your perusal.
Can I purchase the conference material?
Yes. You may purchase our conference material at USD530.
